What we do with your information
Short version: this website sets no cookies, runs no tracking, and the enquiry form never sends anything to us. The longer version is below, in plain language.
This website sets no cookies
None at all. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no social media tracker and no third-party script of any kind on this site. Nothing follows you here and nothing follows you away. That is also why you have not been asked to accept anything.
The enquiry form does not send us your details
When you fill in the form on the contact page and choose WhatsApp or email, the form writes the message for you and hands it to your own WhatsApp or your own email app. You then decide whether to press send. Nothing is transmitted to this website, and nothing is stored on it. If you close the window instead, we never see that you were there.
Job applications are the exception
The form on the work with us page does send us what you enter: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the area of work you are applying for, anything you write in the message box, and your CV.
It reaches us by email at info@brainwavebh.com and is read by a person here. We keep applications on file for twelve months so we can come back to you if something suitable opens up, and we do not share them outside Brain Wave. If you would rather we deleted yours sooner, email us and we will.
What our host records
This site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps the ordinary technical logs any web server keeps: the address a request came from, the page requested and the time. That is standard infrastructure logging, we do not build profiles from it, and we do not connect it to anything you tell us.
Children
Much of our work is with children, but this website is written for the adults around them. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it, and we would ask that enquiries come from a parent, carer or professional.
Asking us about your information
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@brainwavebh.com or call +973 3441 4482 and we will deal with it ourselves rather than routing you through a system.
Changes
If we add anything to this site that collects information, this page gets updated at the same time. It is meant to describe what actually happens, not to cover us for things we might do later.
